Our company prides itself on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Our products come with a quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the product within 10 days for a full refund. After 10 days only products with manufacturer defects will be eligible for return. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THERE WILL BE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON ANY CUSTOM BIRTHSTONE RETURNS.

EXCHANGES

REPLACEMENTS

We will replace any broken sapphires or diamond for a period of 1 year free of charge. After that there will be a minimal fee to replace damaged or broken stones. Due to the brittleness of many of the birthstones there will be small service charge to replace them once the ring has been purchased. BIRTHSTONES: Please keep in mind many of the birthstones are fragile and susceptible to breakage. Sapphires are very strong and will wear better than many of the birthstones. Please be aware the stones go around the entire band and are subject to breakage.
